1Full Refund
Students will receive a full refund of tuition and related fees (except the application fee) if:
- They withdraw within 7 days after signing the enrolment contract, and
- They withdraw before the programme start date.
Related fees may include:
- Administrative fees
- Assessment fees
- Textbook or course material fees
2Partial Refund (Up to 90%)
The institution may keep up to 10% of the tuition fee if:
- The student withdraws at least 30 days before the programme start date stated in the enrolment contract.
If course materials were not provided, those fees must also be refunded.
3Partial Refund (Up to 80%)
The institution may keep up to 20% of the tuition fee if:
- The student withdraws more than 7 days after signing the enrolment contract, and
- Less than 30 days before the programme start date.
If course materials were not provided, those fees must also be refunded.
4Refund After Programme Begins
Up to 10% hours completed
The institution may keep up to 30% of the tuition fee.
10% – 30% hours completed
The institution may keep up to 50% of the tuition fee.
If course materials were not provided, those fees must also be refunded.
5No-Show Policy
If a student does not attend the first 30% of the programme:
- The institution may keep up to 50% of the tuition fee.
If course materials were not provided, those fees must also be refunded.
